We’re excited to introduce something new at Core:

Penny’s Lift Club


This is an ongoing program built to recognize some of the high level accomplishments and achievements by our members.


Not just the big moments, but the consistency behind them. The effort. The commitment. The years of showing up.


Because at Core, we know that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through small wins stacked over time.


Penny’s Lift Club is our way of recognizing those wins.


There’s no single path to earning your way in.


Some members will get there through strength, hitting high-level benchmarks based on age and gender.


Some will earn it through performance, things like our trap bar deadlift standards or 90-second carry tests, among other strength benchmarks yet to be announced.


Others will earn it through consistency, showing up week after week, month after month, year after year.

Because that matters just as much.

In fact, that's what makes everything else possible.


We’ll also recognize that not everything can be measured by a single test.


Core coaches reserve the right to admit members into Penny’s Lift Club based on outstanding achievements beyond the listed standards.


That could be a major strength milestone, completing a challenging race or competition outside the gym, or long-term progress built over years of consistent work.


Some accomplishments don’t fit neatly into a category, but they deserve recognition all the same.


When you earn your way into Penny’s Lift Club, it won’t go unnoticed.


Members will receive an exclusive Penny’s Lift Club t-shirt and have their name added to our board in the gym.


It’s a way to celebrate the work you’ve put in and the standard you’ve set.


At the end of the day, this isn’t about one lift, one workout, or one good week.


It’s about what you’ve built over time.


The habits.

The strength.

The consistency.


That’s what we’re recognizing.


If you’re curious about specific standards, we’ll have those posted in the gym.


Until then, keep showing up. Keep putting in the work.
