1-ON-1 TRAINING

If you prefer having your own sessions with a coach, then 1-on-1 may be right for you. A 1-on-1
training session gives you the opportunity to work exclusively with one of our certified coaches
on your individualized training program.

How Does it Work?

​Evaluation:
We start with an evaluation to get to know you, your goals, and your starting point. This helps us to both write the best possible program for you and understand how to best coach you through it.

Workout Sessions:
1-on-1 workout sessions can last 30,45, or 60 minutes. Regardless of the length of time, your coach will write an individualized workout specific to you and coach you through every exercise.
