What I Ate in a Day: Coach Brad

Our members are often asking us what we eat, so we decided to compile a blog series on this very topic! Over the next few weeks, each of the CORE coaches will share with you a look into a typical day of food for them. Enjoy!


PRE-WORKOUT

Black coffee with a small scoop of coconut oil.

BREAKFAST

3 eggs cooked in coconut oil with Ezekiel bread smothered in natural peanut butter.

SNACK

Barriques coffee, Kirkland brand yogurt (of course) and a banana. 

LUNCH

​Leftover BBQ chicken, carrots and hummus. 

DINNER

Pulled Pork, Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli. All from the one and only Costco! Don't judge my portion sizes. I'm a growing boy! Plus a Klarbrunn sparkling water.
