Our most advanced and customized personal training opportunity. One-on-one training is ideal if you feel most comfortable and inspired in a private setting with a personal trainer by your side during every moment of your workout. It’s also great choice for people with variable schedules.
Semi-Private Training – Our most popular option!
Semi-private sessions are perfect if you want a customized workout but don’t feel the need to have a personal trainer with by your side for every moment of your workout. Get the results you want in a fun and supportive private setting!
Group Personal Training
Core is happy to announce our new group personal training option! If you do not need a fully customized workout and just want to sweat a little and move and feel better, our group option is perfect for you.
Get all the benefits of our program design and expert coaches in a group atmosphere. While everyone in the workout follows the same program, we have different levels of each exercise to make sure it fits your ability. Workouts include up to 12 people.
We will be kicking off our NEW Group Personal Training Workouts in January 2013 so stay tuned for more details!
